1、SEC（Securities and Exchange Commission）登記注冊：注冊公司名稱，登記公司章程；

2、地方政府機關（LGU’s）登記注冊，申請商業許可證，不同的城市與鄉鎮需分別向當地的政 府申請登記（BARANGAY（BRGY）） ＆ City hall）；

3、BIR （Bureau of Internal Revenue）提供登記許可證，并請求核準設立；

4、向不同政府機關申請員工相關福利項目；

5、社會保險局Social Security System （SSS）→退休金提撥；

6、菲律賓健康保險局Philippine Health Insurance Corporation Home（PHIC）→公司提供的健康保險；

7、發展互助基金Home and Development Mutual Fund （HDMF or PAG-IBIG）→房屋購屋代款基金。
